This way, their portal will contain personal product catalogs with the products that interest them the most. Additionally, the system supports user-specific pricing. The portal can display negotiated or volume-based pricing, ensuring that each customer sees the pricing relevant to their account.

Each profile in Toscana’s customer portal is fully personalized, as it contains only data relevant to that customer. Customers can manage their account details, including contact information, payment methods, and shipping addresses, directly within the portal. It also contains their order history and all documents relevant to them.
