These adaptable documents are available in various formats and are subsequently imported into the accounting system for automated processing.

The second method leverages integration via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). However, this method depends on the compatibility of the selected accounting system with the necessary technical prerequisites for API integration. This mode of integration facilitates direct communication between the two systems in areas of shared relevance, such as managing incoming and outgoing invoices, stock transactions, and more.
