If needed, you can link a purchase order to the complaint, establishing a clear connection to the context in which the issue arose. Additionally, you have the option to designate the responsible party, the one at fault, for the complaint.

Complaints can be assigned to an employee, typically the complaint manager, who takes on the responsibility of resolving them promptly. The complaint manager compiles a report outlining the actual costs incurred during the resolution process. Before finalizing the complaint, you have the opportunity to review and approve it.

When you access the complaints overview, you can quickly discern their status and the type of complaint without needing to investigate each case individually.
